Programme Terms & Conditions

These terms govern Millboard's Refer a Friend programme, operated by The Millboard Company Limited. By taking part, whether by sharing your personal referral link or by claiming a reward as a referred friend, you agree to these terms. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

1. How the programme works

Existing Millboard customers ("referrers") receive a personal referral link, unique to them and valid for 12 months. A friend who uses that link can claim £150 off their first Millboard order of £3,000 or more. Once the friend's qualifying order is placed and settled, and the 28-day return window has passed, the referrer receives a £150 Amazon voucher as a thank-you. A referrer may make up to three successful referrals in a rolling 12-month period.

2. Sharing your link responsibly

When you share your referral link, you agree that:

  • You will only share it with friends who are personally known to you.
  • You will not use it for bulk distribution, post it publicly, or send it to strangers.
  • You will not share it in any way that could be considered unsolicited commercial communication or spam. Millboard may, at its discretion, treat any such use as a breach of these terms.
  • Any message you send to a friend is your own. Millboard does not ask you to forward Millboard marketing emails, and does not collect your friends' contact details from you.

Millboard reserves the right to withhold or reverse a reward, and to suspend a referrer from the programme, where these terms are breached.

3. Eligibility & rewards

  • The friend must be a new customer placing their first qualifying order.
  • The £150 discount applies to orders of £3,000 or more and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
  • Rewards are issued only after the order is settled and the 28-day return/clawback window has passed. If the order is cancelled or returned within that window, no reward is due.
  • Codes are single-use and expire 12 months after issue.
  • Millboard may amend, pause, or withdraw the programme at any time; rewards already confirmed will be honoured.

4. Your data & your choices

We process personal data to administer this programme on the basis of our legitimate interests, and (for any wider marketing) only with your separate, explicit consent. Full details are in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time. Every programme email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can contact us using the details below and we will send no further emails about Refer a Friend.
